  • National orders with express shipping require 24/48 working hours for delivery, while with standard shipping 4/5 days and we ship within 1 working day.

  • International orders take 3/5 working days to be delivered via express courier and we ship within 1 working day.

Refunds when paying with gift cards

If you want to return products that you paid only with Gift Cards, you will automatically receive a Nada Home E-card with the updated balance. You will receive your new Nada Home E-card via email. If you used multiple payment methods you will be refunded to your credit/debit card first. For example, if you pay half with a credit card and half with a gift card, the amount of the return will be refunded to the card used at the time of purchase, the remaining refund will be loaded onto the new Nada Home E-card.
