SHIPPING TO ITALY

​For shipments to Italy, Nada Home will deliver the products to private couriers within 24-48 working hours (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excluded) from receipt of payment (in case of payment by PayPal/Credit card/Bank transfer/ Amazon Pay/Satispay/Scalapay) or from placing the order (in case of cash on delivery) .

Delivery times are 4 days for Italy, 5 days for the islands (Sardinia, Sicily and smaller islands) with standard shipping and 24 hours for Italy, 48 hours for the islands (Sardinia, Sicily and smaller islands ) with express shipping.

The purchased goods will be delivered to the shipping address specified by the buyer at the time of purchase. The buyer will receive an email confirming shipment containing the tracking number to monitor delivery.

​The cost of standard shipping costs is 4.90 euros per order regardless of the weight of the products, the number of products and the geographical area, while express shipping is 6.90 euros.
Standard shipping is free for orders of an amount equal to or greater than 49.99 euros, while express shipping will be 2.00 euros.

Only if you choose to pay on delivery, a supplement of 4.00 euros will be calculated and in this case payment must be made only and exclusively in cash.

SHIPMENTS ABROAD

For shipments abroad we use private couriers. Shipping costs vary depending on the country of destination. Cash on delivery is not accepted.
With reference to deliveries to non-EU countries, customs taxes are the responsibility of the Customer.
The purchased products will be shipped to the address provided by you as soon as possible and in any case within 2 working days from the order date. The shipment of the goods will be notified by sending a specific e-mail containing the tracking number.
The shipping cost is clearly visible before completing the purchase procedure and sending the order.

It is possible to choose delivery where you prefer:

  • - at your home address

  • - at the workplace

  • - with a third person.

We ask all Customers to fill out the order form accurately and in all its parts to facilitate the courier's task.
Once the shipment has been made, the delivery cannot be rejected. Any stocks and returns will be charged exclusively to the Customer (to withdraw from the purchase see 'Right of withdrawal').
The courier makes two delivery attempts. If the first one is not successful, the recipient will find, on the intercom or in his mailbox, a postcard containing all the information to communicate with the courier and arrange the delivery.
All shipments are monitored via tracking number (waybill number) appropriately sent via e-mail to the Customer when the goods are in motion.

To view the status of your shipment, simply connect to the courier's website and enter the tracking number.
Attention: upon delivery of the package, the Customer is required to check:

  • - that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document

  • - that the label affixed to the neck contains your name and surname

  • - that the packaging is intact and unaltered, including the closing tapes.

In case of external damage (scratch, dent) or presence of signs of tampering, the Customer must sign the delivery note with ''specific reservation'' and enter the reason why you want to accept the package with reservation in the 'Notes' field. Otherwise, we will not be able to proceed with the insurance procedure in the event of disputes regarding the package. It is the buyer's duty to verify the integrity of the material received no later than 3 days (natural and consecutive) from the arrival of the product. After this deadline Nada Home will no longer be responsible for damage and/or lack of material.

GIFT ORDER: with Nada Home you can purchase a gift and have it sent directly to whoever you want. Your purchase will arrive at the address you communicated without a receipt and the total and individual prices will not be reported in the payment receipt. The gift order must be reported in the "add a note" section on the cart page.
