You always have the right to withdraw from your order as provided for by the reference legislation Legislative Decree 206 of 06/09/2005 as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014 within 14 days starting from the day on which you, or a third , other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods or, in the case of multiple goods ordered through a single order and delivered separately, ends after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and you designated person acquires physical possession of the final asset, without having to provide any reason.

To meet the deadline for the withdrawal period, simply inform us of your decision to withdraw from the order before the expiry of the period itself. Below are the contacts of our Customer Service:

To this end, you can use the attached withdrawal form ( click here to download the form ), or any other type of explicit written declaration of your intention to withdraw from the order.

Once the notification has been received, our staff will send a confirmation email containing the return authorization.

The receipt must be kept until the refund is received.

​​In the event of damage or loss occurring during transport, Nada Home reserves the right to charge for any damage suffered by deducting it from the sums to be refunded.

RETURN CONDITIONS

​In order for the Staff to accept the return request, the following conditions must be respected:

  1. The guarantee seal and the authenticity label, present on all products sold on our site, must be intact;

  2. The products must be in the same condition as when shipped and must be packaged using our packaging if possible;

  3. The goods must not have been used or, in any case, altered in any other way.

​All documents received must be included in the package. Finally, please note that, pursuant to Italian legislation, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised by consumers, i.e. by people who purchase products for purposes not related to their professional activity.

RETURN PROCESSING

Once the good condition of the returned products has been ascertained, within 14 days of notification of withdrawal, Nada Home will proceed with the refund including shipping costs and any customs clearance costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). You are only responsible for diminished value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Once the return arrives in the warehouse, its contents are analyzed and the reason identified. From the moment the return is accepted, the refund procedures begin.
If the Customer has returned an order paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the card itself.

The credit on the card will be available according to the times established by the credit institution that issued it. The buyer will receive evidence of this in the account statement.
All refunds relating to orders for which payment on delivery has been chosen are issued by bank transfer, therefore in this case the communication of the buyer's bank account details is required.

REFUND METHOD

Following the consumer's withdrawal, all payments made will be refunded, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay. and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller becomes aware of the intention to withdraw from this contract or, in any case, from the return of the goods. These refunds will be made, without additional costs, using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise.

REPLACEMENTS OF DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR NOT CONFORMING TO WHAT ORDERED ITEMS

If the Customer receives a defective product or one that does not conform to what was ordered, Nada Home undertakes to replace it free of charge in the shortest possible time. Any defects and/or shipping errors must be communicated in writing within 3 days of receipt of the goods and necessarily demonstrated by sending photos.
The courier will then collect the product and once the goods have arrived at the premises, the replacement product will be sent. The defective or non-compliant item must be returned complete, intact, in its packaging. The package must be prepared using the same packaging if possible, and inserting the appropriate copy of the sales document inside.
In the event of unavailability of the replacement product, Nada Home will refund the buyer the entire amount of the order, including shipping costs. The refund will always be paid by Nada Home.
